I was quite happy with my first consultation. I was late for my appointment due to traffic lights not working but I was not turned away or made to book a new session. Dr is thorough with explanations and knows what she is doing. Rooms are clean and sanitisation is done frequently. I have no complaints and I am glad I chose her for my problem. Thanks a lot Dr B. I even like the fact that I don't have to wait weeks on end to see her. Appointments are readily available unless she is in theatre. A big thank you also to the reception ladies. I felt at home

Dr. B is extremely knowledgeable and an Expert of her field. Most importantly, she takes time to educate the patient on exactly what is happening. I finally understood why my sinuses have been causing me problems for so many years. I was at ease throughout the consultation and feel confident that I will get better following her advice. Dr. B's combination of expertise, professionalism and empathy was a welcome breath of fresh air. Thanks Doc!

Excellent service indeed, very professional, all procedures are explained thoroughly by Dr Boipelo.She is very good in allaying anxieties especially during a procedure, very gentle with her equipment! Im very happy that shes my ENT , and she knows her story very well. I was warmly welcomed by the receptionist, beatiful , soft spoken and very kind. She explained exactly what am i paying for in detail. Covid protocols mantained all the way, rooms are clean and the place is sanitized after every consultation. Im impressed!!

As a first time patient I am very happy with Dr B. I expected to be rescheduled due to being late but the doctor waited for me to arrive. She detailed all procedures that she was doing and was very kind. She was also very keen to solve my problem and I am confident she will assist with it. The rooms are spotless and she sanitises regularly. A huge thank you to the reception ladies too. My experience was much more than I expected. Keep up the good work please

I am 72 years old. Through my contact with the medical profession an specifically doctors my experience is based on certain principles and standards which I use as measurement . Being able to correctly diagnose my complaint, giving full attention to the emotional strain I experience, verbalising her viewpoint in no uncertain terms, lay out precisely the necessary steps to be taken to control of my situation, keep me fully informed of the whole picture all the time. With these factors in mind, I find her handling my situation effective and immediate. Her personality speaks of really caring for her patient, warm, friendly and precise.
